Annual Golf Outing
This year's Golf Tournament Fundraiser will be held on Friday May 16, 2025 at Lykens Valley Golf Course. Check-in begins at 8:00 am, with play starting at 9:00 am. It will be a four person Scramble format, with various contests and a 50/50 putting challenge. We are also accepting Hole Sponsorships ($100 each) as well as donations for door prizes. If you would like to make a donation or register a team to participate, please download and mail the registration form. We hope you join us for a fun day on the golf course! |

Liz Augustine, a local artist, has made arrangements to sell her paintings at Shops on Market in Elizabethville. 100% of the proceeds will be given to Upper Dauphin Human Services.
Liz’s booth will be open in March. Come out and support this local artist and the Upper Dauphin Human Services Center! |

On Friday, March 8th, the Upper Dauphin Middle School FFA Chapter delivered a box of meat from Whery Meats, Klingerstown. The students raised $137 Dollars to purchase meat to be donated to the UDHSC Food Bank. Whery Meats was touched by this chapter’s efforts and also donated $90 worth of meats. The students were given a tour of the Food Bank and invited to volunteer if they are interested in any of our events and fundraisers. Pictured (but not necessarily in order) are: Kaide Heim, Harry Weaver, Wyatt Mace, Briana Radel, Laura Cain, Addyson Gelsinger and Eleana Webster. A special thanks to their Teacher Gabrielle Kriley. The Staff and Board of Directors would like to thank these students for their effort and generosity. |

The annual Christmas Express parade to bring donated toys to the gift room was a great success! Thank you to the fire companies of Berrysburg, Gratz, and Wiconisco for their toy collection efforts this year, and for participating in the parade and “fire line” to bring the toys into the building. The Center would also like to thank MI Windows & Doors for their wonderful donation of bicycles for the Christmas Express program. This program would not be possible without the generosity of the local community: everyone who donated toys at our Purse Bingo fundraiser and at drop boxes at the fire companies, Mid Penn Bank, Berrysburg Dollar General, Edward Jones, St Peter’s UCC Lykens, and Peace UCC Berrysburg. Thank you for helping children in the Upper Dauphin area have a merry Christmas! |
